Make sure you push your chest out even before you start. We're going to lower the elbows, lower those dumbbells until you've got about 90 degrees

in your elbows and then you're pushing up nice and controlled and you're squeezing out of your chest

Lower it down, squeeze out of your chest. The top tip for me is always to push the knees out to the side
