First up, let's talk about partner plank. This pose is a fantastic way to build core

strength and trust with your partner. Here's how to do it. Partner B, that's the bigger

partner, come into a plank position on the mat. You can modify by placing your knees

down if you need to. Partner A, that's the smaller partner, grab partner B's ankles or
